Say Banana

Before we had the little one, Will and I both would have gagged at the thought of mushy drool being cute. Now we can't get enough of it! hahahaha. She LOVES bananas, what can I say. She even has her very own throne.

Brother and Sister

Recently Clark has noticed that he might have a new playmate. She's just about his size, she rolls on the floor and she drools just like he does. They were meant to be best friends :)

That looks good, can I have a bite?

Come on....please.....

Think she's teething?

Is this a chicken bone?

Teagan's one-year-old buddy - Liam

Teagan attended her first birthday bash last weekend. Liam had a ball eating cake and opening presents while Teagan napped on her Daddy. She's been a little under the weather this week - suffering her first little cold :(

Ummmm still not sure . . .

I'm SIX months old!

I simply can't believe that six months have already flown by. To think that is was just the two of us a half a year ago- it scares me to think that we almost decided not to have children. Boy we would have missed out! We are definitely in love with our little Teagan. She had her 6-month check up and weighed in at a healthy 13 pounds 9 oz and is 25" tall. That puts her weight in the 15th percentile and her height in the 25th. Not bad for being born in at the 3rd percentile!!! Her Dr. gave us the go ahead to start solid foods any time - fun times ahead!!! Our neighbors threw Teagan a little 6-month BBQ. She hung in there even after having her smorgasbord of shots that morning. What a trooper!

What a spread for someone who only eats mush :)

"Hey, where's my margarita?"

After her margarita, I mean shots :(

The Bunny Farm

After our fun-filled weekend in Winthrop we had a four hour drive home. We drove right through Marblemount, WA and had to stop in at what we call the Bunny Farm. It's a restaurant and cabin rental joint that has about 200 wild rabbits running around. You definitely have to watch your step since there are holes EVERYWHERE! Very weird!

What the heck?

I think I can take them...

Oh yeah, I can take you...

How many bunnies do you see?

Cousins

Teagan and Sawyer (and Grams) were able to spend some quality bonding time together last weekend in Winthrop, WA. Will and I were there to shoot a wedding and were lucky enough to have Grams and Sawyer drive 5 hours (one way) to babysit. What a family I have! Apparently she giggled and laughed the entire time we were gone. At one point Grams broke the T.V. rule and allowed her to watch, "since it was only the Olympics". They watched the male gymnasts and practiced "sticking the landing" with Teagan since she resembled one in her little footed pants. She would fly around, land on her feet and "STICK IT". The highlight of the trip was taking an old timer photo with the girls (we found one of those cheesy photo studio where you dress up in period clothes). I'll have to take a picture of it and post it later....

Tummy Timing Teagan!

Well, it's only taken 5 months and three weeks but Teagan has finally realized that playtime on her tummy can be fun! Perhaps it took being naked, or lying on her changing pad (her favorite place in the world) but she's up. Check her out! Now when she rolls from her back to her tummy she won't scream for us to flip her back.

Her First Heels!

She sure doesn't take after her Mama, already wearing heels! Teagan got the best gift ever from her "Aunt" Beth. Of course her brothers, Lewis and Clark, are thrilled that she is finally wearing something to honor them - leopard print :) Here's a sample fashion show of her showing them off :) She wanted to wear them to the Blue Angels last weekend but we talked her out of it.

These are "Heelarious" Mama!

February 15th Girls

Tegan's friend Helen came over today so her mom and I could go to the farmer's market across the street. The girls share the same birthday, but not the same amount of hair. Teagan's a little shy in that department :) Helen is just about to crawl, which could mean that in six weeks or so (when Teagan catches up to her with her corrected age) she could be on the move. SCARY!

Hey Helen, can you shove your whole fist in your mouth?

No, but I can kick like a ninja.

And I can squash your head

I'm tired now. Let's just relax.
